💡 Where do you ship from?

We ship from your closest warehouse location.

 

💡 How much does shipping cost?

All products purchased on the JOVIVI website are free Standard Shipping. 

If you want to pay for 5-10 DAYS DHL Shipping Fees, please choose DHL shipping at checkout page.

 

💡 Can I change my order after paid?

After the order has been paid, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you. As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast!

Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!).

 

💡 How to follow the progress of my order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with details about the tracking number to track your package. You can also track the status of your shipment on your JOVIVI user account.

Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. And, additional time may be required due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. Please be advised that Standard Shipping time may be affected.
